Renowned sound and crystal healer Pooja Seth is bringing a unique meditative experience to Amritsar this July, with a special Full Moon Sound Bath Meditation scheduled for 10th July—a date that carries deep cosmic significance. Falling on the Buck Moon, which also coincides with Guru Purnima, this session is designed to help participants reconnect with their inner strength and emotional clarity.

It gets its name because during this time, male deer—bucks—start growing new antlers. In a way, it symbolizes regeneration, strength, and stepping into a newer version of yourself.”
Pooja explains that full moons have a natural energetic pull that affect not just tides and nature, but also our inner emotional world. “A sound bath is a beautiful way to channel that heightened energy. Participants are immersed in healing frequencies from instruments like singing bowls and tuning forks, which calm the nervous system and bring a sense of deep peace,” she shares.
Talking about the USP of her 10th July session, Pooja adds, “We’re holding this sound bath during a rare cosmic window where the Buck Moon and Guru Purnima fall on the same day. It’s an opportunity to not only release emotional clutter but also to reflect on your life’s purpose, express gratitude to your mentors, and set intentions for growth.”

She believes the spiritual timing couldn’t be more perfect. “This full moon also marks the beginning of the last phase of Ashadh month, after which Sawan begins—a month full of festivals like Rakhi and deeply spiritual energy. So it’s a great time to clear your inner space, before the divine energies of Sawan take over.”
On the dos and don’ts for the July full moon, Pooja recommends staying inward-focused. “Avoid making big decisions. Emotions run high during the full moon, so just observe rather than act. Meditate, journal, or take part in calming rituals like a sound bath. And wearing yellow on Guru Purnima adds an auspicious touch.”
