Malayalam cinema has hit a remarkable milestone as Sarvam Maya races past the impressive ₹100 crore mark at the global box office, marking a significant moment in Nivin Pauly’s career. Released on Christmas Day, this horror-comedy has quickly become a holiday favorite and the biggest commercial success of the actor’s journey, demonstrating once again that compelling content combined with audience support can create magic on the big screen.
From day one, Sarvam Maya hinted at its potential. It kicked off with a strong ₹8.25 crore globally, and thanks to positive buzz and a solid family turnout, the film saw a fantastic upward trend.
During its extended opening weekend, it raked in around ₹45.25 crore, laying a strong groundwork for a lengthy and successful run. Instead of tapering off after the holidays, the film gained even more steam during the New Year, adding over ₹33 crore just on weekdays and bringing its eight-day total close to ₹80 crore.
The real excitement came in its second week. Starting Friday with impressive double-digit figures, Sarvam Maya showcased incredible staying power, pulling in around ₹11 crore on consecutive days and comfortably surpassing the three-digit crore milestone within just ten days of its release.
