Revealing her personal health habits, she shares two simple yet powerful tips that have helped her stay grounded and healthy. “Firstly, I drink plenty of water throughout the day. It uplifts my mood and keeps me active. Along with that, I stick to eating home cooked food and avoid sugary and fried food.”

“The truth is, we’re all aware that health should come first, but in the fast pace of competition, deadlines, and work pressure, we push it to the bottom of our priority list,” she notes. “We wait for a wake-up call, and sometimes, that call comes too late.”
The actress strongly advocates the idea of slowing down—not as a luxury, but as a necessity.“Yes, we all need to slow down. And that’s not a sign of weakness or lack of ambition—it’s an act of self-respect,” she says. “In slowing down, we find clarity, we reconnect with ourselves, and we give our mind and body the space to breathe. That’s where real growth happens.”
