When it comes to any opportunity for shopping, entrepreneur, explorer and content creator Gaurav Saxena says that he doesn’t let it go. He adds that he has been busy updating his wardrobe in anticipation of the summer months ahead.
“Yes, I’ve been updating my wardrobe because I’m always looking for an excuse to go shopping! Somehow, shopping feels like therapy to me, and I end up refreshing my wardrobe almost every month,” he says.

To protect myself from the sun, I always use sunscreen and make sure to drink lots of water as it’s my basic rule for staying healthy. I’ve been traveling a lot lately, and the heat can be overwhelming. But honestly, nothing beats roadside coconut water or sugarcane juice and they’re my go-to solutions for beating the heat!”
Sharing what he loves to eat in summer, he says, “I love enjoying seasonal fruits like watermelon, peaches, and berries, and refreshing veggies like cucumber and lettuce. I usually go for lighter meals like salads, smoothies, and grilled vegetables as these foods are easier to digest in the heat. I try to listen to my body and adjust my food choices based on how I feel.”
As for favourite summer memories, he says, “During my childhood, I used to spend my summer vacations at my grandmother’s house. Those days were filled with warmth, love, and comfort. I remember doing my holiday homework there—she always encouraged me to stay disciplined and focused. More than the homework, it was the bonding time that meant the most. She would share stories, guide me, and just be there—it’s a memory I’ll always cherish.”
