(Occupation Certificate) has been received, the entire amount has been handed over to the development as per the sale agreement signed by the Ghadge family, while the allotment letter (allotment letter) of the said office has also been handed over to the Ghadge family, they have been paying the loan installments of Bank of Baroda for the last one and a half years. In the said society, all the residents and commercial holders have been given possession and efforts have been made to take possession again from Mr. Ghadge and the council of the society has not yet been given.
