26th Jan, 2023 in Mumbai- Hundreds of Mumbaikars ran at the Nitrro Fitness Freedom Run to celebrate Republic Day & free themselves from laziness, stress & obesity.
The main purpose of the event was to encourage physical fitness & help citizens get rid of diseases & day to day stress. Nitrro Fitness urged people to spend at least 30-60 mins daily for physical activities & celebrate a healthy lifestyle & remain fit. They also urged the government to increase the number of tracks, parks & platforms for citizens to walk & run & make fitness an integral part of their lifestyle.
