After wrapping her Nomad film shoot, the shoot with Anastasia and receiving the President’s Award, Sheena returned to India, on 4th July, American Independence Day, and immediately went to set to complete her webseries where she plays a She Devil, and prepare for promotions for her upcoming Bollywood launch – the historical drama Sant Tukaram, opposite Subodh Bhave.

After five years of theatre in Delhi, Sheena Chohan was launched alongside Malayalam megastar Mammootty in a film by seven-time National Award Winner Jayaraj. She then played the lead in two films by National Award Winner Buddhadeb Dasgupta and was nominated as Best Actress at the Dubai and Shanghai Film Festivals for her film Ant Story, which was bought by Netflix. Sheena shared the screen with Madhuri Dixit in The Fame Game and Kajol in The Trial and will next be seen as the lead female role in Sant Tukaram.
