Niel Satpuda, the actor known for his role in the popular Star Plus show Rajjo, has bagged a significant role in Fauji 2. In this sequel to the legendary Fauji TV series, originally made famous by Shah Rukh Khan, Niel plays Vijay Sachan, one of the lead characters.
Vijay Sachan, hailing from Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, is a simple, energetic, and fearless young man who is a devoted follower of Lord Hanuman. His greatest aspiration is to serve his country by joining the Indian Army. Niel describes his character as someone with immense determination and a deep sense of patriotism.
After his stint on Rajjo, Niel was eagerly waiting for the right opportunity. His patience paid off when he received a call for Fauji 2. He auditioned for the role and was thrilled to be selected. The actor expressed his gratitude for being part of this show, calling it a dream come true. He also mentioned the deep connection he feels with the legacy of the original Fauji series.
One of the highlights of Niel’s experience on set has been working with Fauji 2‘s commander, Gauahar Khan. He described the experience as enriching, working alongside such a talented actress and learning from her professionalism.

Fauji 2 is currently airing on DD National from Monday to Thursday at 9 PM and is also available for streaming on the Waves PB app. The show is produced by Sandeep Singh and directed by Abhinav Pareek and Nishant Chandrashekhar.
