Be it the critics or the fans, everyone showered the movie with love. Well, now, it seems like there’s good news in store for all Ranjha fans as something special is on its way.
Yes, that’s right. Ranjha Vikram Singh who’s loved by the masses impressed with the film earlier in Punjabi and now, he is all set to cater to the Hindi audience as well with the hindi dubbed version of the film titled ‘Ziddi Jatt’. This is going to be the first-time ever in the history of Punjabi cinema that a Punjabi film is dubbed in Hindi release and no wonder, it calls for celebration indeed for the entire cast and crew. The cameraman and the entire technical team are from Mumbai and South and no wonder, they understand the pulse of the audience in that zone. The film is directed by Simranjit Hundal and editor is Ballu Saluja who’s known for films like Dangal, Lagaan,Swades and many other interesting films. The movie is about the explosive revenge battle of two gangs revenge om Punjab’s illegal sand mafia and well, we truly can’t wait for it to unfold. On being asked more about the more, Ranjha revealed,
“Well, this is a movie dedicated to the masses as it has all the elements of entertainment that the audience looks forward to when they go to the cinemas to see a movie. From action-packed scenes to fun and engaging decent comedy, you will get all of it here and without being preachy, the movie will also enlighten the society, especially the youth towards a positive direction. More details regarding the release and other timelines will be available soon as per the ideal timelines and I truly can’t wait for the audience to see this and have a blast. As an actor, I have always received a lot of love from the audience and this time too, I am hopeful for the same. Even for a film like Dunki where I had a soecial appearance, I received so much love from you all. When I talk about it, I have to be thankful to Rajkumar Hirani Sir for giving me an opportunity there and in fact, SRK and I come from the same college which is Hansraj College and I had the most incredible time in that movie. So truly, thanks and regards to one and all for their continued support throughout my entire career. Show some love to ‘Ziddi Jatt’ as well once it releases in Hindi to entertain you all. Looking forward to it.”
