“Sheeba Akashdeep Talks Fateh, Sonu Sood and Her Journey in Bollywood”

Sheeba Akashdeep, the veteran Bollywood actress, is making a comeback to the big screen with her latest film Fateh. Speaking about her role in Fateh, Sheeba said, “I play a simple hardworking Punjabi woman in the film. The story is about the progress of metro cities and the cultural roots of Punjab. I found the plotline and my character’s journey very exciting.”
She also spoke about Sonu Sood, who has become a national hero in recent times for his selfless work during the COVID pandemic. Sheeba revealed that she has interacted with Sonu a lot during the pandemic and has never seen a more selfless and hardworking person than him. She added that he is always available to help anyone in need, even if it means donating blood at 3 in the morning.
Sheeba also spoke about her experience of working in Bollywood in the 90s. The actress, who has worked with some of the biggest names in the industry, including Salman Khan, Akshay Kumar, Saif Ali Khan, and Rajnikanth, said that it was an exciting time to be an actor. She added that filmmaking was like one big happy family, and everyone got to see each other’s families and eat their meals together.
Talking about the current scenario of the industry, Sheeba said that this is a great time for actors. She added that there are plenty of mediums and languages to choose from, and there are roles for every age group. She said that she is looking forward to doing a lot of work, whether it’s in films, television, or OTT platforms.
Sheeba has also recently started working in Ekta Kapoor’s popular show Naagin 6. The actress, who has previously worked in television shows like Jassi Jaissi Koi Nahin and Kahani Ghar Ghar Ki, said that she is enjoying working on the show. She added that television has changed a lot since she last worked in the medium, and there are now more opportunities for actors to explore different characters.
