In discussing the qualities he values most in his best friends, Vrushab emphasizes transparency and genuine support. “I love how transparent my friends are with me,” he says. “If I do something good or achieve something in life, they are really there for me to support and validate. But at the same time, they also make sure to get it to my notice if I am going anywhere wrong by giving me constructive feedback or simply having a genuine one-on-one conversation.”
The world of television can be incredibly demanding, but Vrushab has found a way to maintain his friendships amidst the hectic schedule. “I believe in compartmentalizing my life and having a work-life balance,” he explains. “I try my best to ensure my work doesn’t affect my equations with any of my friends. I love my job, but that being said, it’s important to have a life apart from work. To give time to family and friends and then come refreshed and recharged to work. The balance is important.” Vrushab’s positive outlook extends to his work environment, where he has formed close friendships with his co-stars. “I am lucky enough to meet some wonderful people on set! All of us have a ball of a time off-screen too, and that comfort reflects on-screen, which helps with our performances,” he shares. “Having a positive ambiance on set is very important to deliver a good performance. I am grateful to meet some lovely people, and this bond will continue even after the show.”
