As a child, Mimoh Chakraborty was often targeted by his peers due to his weight. He was bullied, made fun of, and made to feel self-conscious and bad about himself. He was given the derogatory nickname "Idli Gunda," which meant "Idli Fatso." Despite the bullying, he never let it deter him from pursuing his dreams and achieving success. According to him, the best way to respond to bullies is by excelling in what you do and not letting them have the satisfaction of affecting you.
When asked about measures that can be taken to prevent bullying in schools, Mimoh Chakraborty emphasized the importance of creating an atmosphere of kindness rather than competition. He believes that kindness is the ultimate weapon against the ugliness of bullying. He advocates for eliminating bullying from schools entirely by implementing proper security measures, providing good counseling services, and establishing an approachable administration that encourages students to come forward and share their complaints.
