Charrul Malik, who is currently seen in the comedy show “Bhabiji Ghar Par Hai!”, is happy and content with how the year 2022 was for her. Though she is looking forward to the New Year, her wants are not too big yet very meaningful.
“My year went very well. It was beautiful because fortunately, I was busy throughout the year. It was very positive and it was a year full of learning. I take every moment as a lesson and I'm looking forward to new experiences and learnings from the next year as well,” she said.
“I want to do meaningful and powerful roles in 2023. I want to be carefree, free from negativity, stress, and high expectations. For me, nothing is more important than happiness. So I don't have a big wish list. I just want to be healthy and happy and want people around me to be happy too. So I think that's the only thing I have on my mind right now. I also wish for a Coronavirus-free world,” she added.

Apr 4, 2026She is happy with her career graph for 2022, but would like to take up more projects in 2023. She said, “My career took off pretty nicely in 2022 and all my expectations were met. Of course, people have high expectations but I have learned that we should just go with the flow and we should be happy about what we have. We should be thankful, have a lot of gratitude towards each other, and should not keep high expectations from ourselves as well. Because it creates pressure and it might create a lot of negativity.”
“I'm pretty happy with the way things are going on but I really want to act more and do movies and meaningful and powerful roles in 2023. Just hoping to get more work and do it well and enjoy whatever I do because that's my priority,” she added.
She is quite happy with being a part of “Bhabiji Ghar Par Hai!”, which is being produced under Sanjay and Binaiferr Kohli’s Edit II, as she has the opportunity of working with so many good actors.

Therefore I am looking forward to doing good, meaningful roles where I get a chance to act more and learn more. I don't know if I will be able to do it in my show or some other show or maybe some other show with Edit II, but this is something I want to do and learn,” Charrul ended.
