The Thursday episode of Rajan Shahi's "Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai" started with Mahima asking Akshara why she didn't inform anyone when she got to know where Neil is. Akshara tells her that she just ran to him without thinking much. Swarna tells Mahima that Neil is safe and it's of no use to talk about it now. Abhimanyu tells the Goenkas that Neil doesn't want to go home now, and requests them to take care of him. Kairav asks him not to worry about anything. Abhimanyu and Mahima leave, Akshara is a little hesitant but the Goenkas show her their support and she too goes.
Meanwhile, at the Birla house, Anand tells Harsh that Mahima has messaged him that Neil is with the Goenkas. Harsh replies that if Neil would have done something then the family would have blamed him for it. Anand gets angry hearing this. Harsh apologizes to him and tells him that he is worried about the hospital as he feels if the media learns the truth the hospital's reputation will go for a toss. Anand tells him that there is a way to save everything.
Later, Abhimanyu, Mahima and Akshara are in the car together when they spot the media outside their home. Before they could turn, they came around and started clicking their photographs. Abhimanyu somehow manages to take the car inside. He informs Manjari that Neil did not want to come but he will get him soon. He tries to calm her down. Just then Harsh apologizes to Manjari and Abhimanyu bursts out laughing. He tells him that he is not sorry but scared of the hospital's reputation and that's why he is apologizing. He then tells them that he will inform the media about it. Everyone tries to stop him but in vain. Abhimanyu tells the media that Neil is Harsh's son but refuses to answer any further questions. He closes the door and leaves for his room. After a while, tries to talk to Abhimanyu and hugs him.
In the upcoming episode, we will see that Akshara tells Abhimanyu that sometimes things are infront of us but we can't see them because hate overpowers love. Later, Manjari tells Abhimanyu that she wants to get a havan done for Neil, he tells her that he will help her prepare for it. But they find that Akshara has made all the arrangements.
