The Wednesday episode of Rajan Shahi's "Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai" started with Akshara seeing the card that Kairav made for her and Abhimanyu. She is happy seeing such a beautiful card and everyone in the family appreciates Kairav for the gorgeous card that he made. While everyone is busy talking, Akshara sees Aarohi with a bottle of paint looking at the card. She thinks maybe Aarohi is going to put it on the card and calls her name. Aarohi tells her that she was just going to close the bottles. Akshara tells Aarohi that like she had made a wedding card for her, Kairav did it for her. Aarohi tells her that she is wrong because the wedding never happened.
Later, Abhimanyu is working out when Akshara comes to meet him. She shows him the card and also tells him that she knew he would be busy the whole day and wanted to meet him. Harshvardhan sees them together and is heard saying that from now on Abhimanyu will chant "Akshu Akshu" in the morning.
At the hospital, Abhimanyu finds Aarohi outside his cabin, and tells her to do some work. She tells him that she is going to attend a lecture. Another doctor comes there and tells him that he had asked Aarohi to wait there. Aarohi then taunts Abhimanyu that she is his trainee and not a "deewani". Abhimanyu asks her to leave.
The next day, the Goenkas get ready to go to the temple. Aarohi is holding her and Abhimanyu's wedding card in her hand and keeps it with the stuff for the temple. Once they reach, they realise Akshara is not there. Manish asks them how they can leave the bride. Manjari tells them that Abhimanyu has also left the hospital. Aarohi tells them that they both must have planned it.
Meanwhile, Akshara leaves with another car, but bumps into a cart. The cart puller stops her and asks her for money. His friends too come there, but luckily, Abhimanyu reaches for Akshara's rescue. They somehow manage to run and Akshara asks Abhimanyu to promise her that he won't let anything happen to her lehenga. They escape but see some water on the road and Abhimanyu pulls a big plastic bag and covers both of them. They reach the temple and everyone is surprised to see them together.
In the upcoming episodes, we will see that the wedding card that Akshara had made for Aarohi and Abhimanyu's wedding is at the temple and Abhimanyu tells Aarohi that she has made a big mistake. She tells him that she is sorry for whatever she did and also for what she has not done. Abhimanyu tells Akshara that one day Aarohi will become a big problem for them. Later, Aarohi takes Akshara for a drive and Akshara asks her if she has taken medicine, she tells her that she took 3-4. They then meet with an accident.
