The Saturday episode of Rajan Shahi's "Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai" started with Harshvardhan watching the video of Akshara calling him Harshu. He gets angry and says how dare she call him Harshu when the elders in their family have never called him that. Abhimanyu tells him that he has never behaved in such a way ever. Harshvardhan tells them that the Goenkas talk about upbringing a lot, and this is how she behaves with elders. Mahima tells him that Akshara is not alone at fault and they tried to stop them but neither she stopped nor did he.
Later, Abhimanyu calls up Akshara and she apologises to him about whatever happened at the Holi party. She tells him that she is very embarrassed of what she said to Harshvardhan. Abhimanyu tells her that it was not her fault. Akshara then thinks if she should tell Abhimanyu about the accident and wonders why Aarohi is stopping her from sharing it with him. Abhimanyu also thinks that he shouldn't ask about the accident because if it's related to Sirat then it might upset Akshara.
The next day, Akshara apologises to everyone at home. She tells them that she should go and apologise to Harshvardhan. They then ask her about the accident she was talking about. She tells Aarohi that she should tell the family about it but she gives her her swear and asks her to not talk about it to anyone. Meanwhile, Abhimanyu too is going ahead with the investigation and says that he should find out the person responsible for Manjari's condition.
Akshara and Aarohi are going to the hospital and Akshara is worried about apologising to Harshvardhan. And Harshvardhan is adamant to teach her a lesson. At the Goenka villa, the family talks about a ritual on Ekadashi and Manish tells them to be careful because the Birlas are not much into such rituals. Later, Akshara meets Abhimanyu and he asks her to not worry about Harshavardhan. He then asks her about the accident, and she tells him that she and Aarohi had met with a small accident. Abhimanyu asks her if she is fine. She tells him that she knew he would get worried and that's why did not say anything to him. He asks her how it happened, but Akshara doesn't tell him anything because she knows it will create more problems between him and Aarohi.
In the upcoming episode, we will see that Abhimanyu learns that Akshara has kept a fast and calls up Manjari to tell her that Akshara can break her fast only with kheer made at his house. Manjari tells him that Mahima had said she would make it but she must have forgotten. She starts preparing it herself and is about to faint but Abhimanyu and Akshara come at the right moment.
