With Ganesh Chaturthi just around the corner, the excitement in the air is palpable, and it's not just limited to devotees—it's also radiating from the television screens of &TV artists. They are eagerly preparing to celebrate this beloved festival by welcoming Lord Ganesha into their homes. Their preparations have kicked off, involving cleaning, planning elaborate decoration themes, and even getting ready to make delicious modaks. Among those celebrating are Aayudh Bhanushali (Krishna in Doosri Maa), Geetanjali Mishra (Rajesh in Happu Ki Ultan Paltan), and Rohitashv Gour (Manmohan Tiwari in Bhabiji Ghar Par Hai).
Aayudh Bhanushali, known for his role as Krishna in Doosri Maa, shares his excitement, saying, "Ganesh Chaturthi is one of my favorite festivals, and I thoroughly enjoy the preparations before we welcome Lord Ganesha. In my building, we celebrate this festival with great enthusiasm, and we've already started getting ready. While I am currently in Jaipur, I am constantly in touch with my friends to plan various activities for Ganesh Mahotsav. I will return before Lord Ganesha arrives and welcome Him with dhol beats and dance. We've planned different games and special events after the evening aarti at the pandal, including dance, fancy dress, antakshari night, and cultural food exchange. I can't contain my excitement, especially for the delicious food. While Lord Ganpati may not make any demands, I keep requesting delicious treats from the aunties who prepare bhog for Him so I can indulge."
Geetanjali Mishra, who portrays Rajesh in Happu Ki Ultan Paltan, shares her love for Ganesh Chaturthi, saying, "This festival spreads love, joy, and is an ode to auspicious new beginnings. We've already started cleaning the house and made a list of decoration items for the altar. The joy, positivity, happiness, and the aura of Ganesh Chaturthi are indescribable. Our home will be adorned with beautiful themes to welcome and please Lord Ganesha, including eco-friendly handmade craft items, flowers, and much more. We plan to hang colorful transparent drapes with lights. I'll make various varieties of modaks to offer to Ganesh Ji and invite kids from the family and neighbors for lunch on the first day. This year, I'm wearing a nauvari saree and arranged for Dhol Tasha to welcome Bappa. My excitement is at its peak - Ganpati Bappa Morya!"

Our celebrations are warm and affectionate as we spend the day with family and close friends. I make sure to take the day off from work to celebrate this auspicious day with Ganesh Ji. This year's theme is flowers because I believe flowers bring a smile to everyone's face. My two daughters are doing all the creative work to welcome Bappa. My wife has already made a list of Bhog to offer to Ganesh Ji for all five days. I am very excited about the festival and cannot wait to have Ganesh Ji at my home."
