&TV Actors Embrace Hindi Tongue Twisters with Enthusiasm on Hindi Diwas

As the nation celebrates Hindi Diwas on September 14, the spotlight shines on the Hindi language, cherished for its widespread appeal and deep-rooted affection in the hearts of millions. Apart from being a language of everyday use, Hindi also offers a world of fun and amusement, notably through its famous tongue twisters, adding an element of playfulness to its charm. For many &TV actors, Hindi tongue twisters represent a delightful blend of language, laughter, and learning. Among these actors are Aayudh Bhanushali (Krishna in Doosri Maa), Himani Shivpuri (Katori Amma in Happu Ki Ultan Paltan), and Rohitashv Gour (Manmohan Tiwari in Bhabiji Ghar Par Hai).

Aayudh Bhanushali, renowned for his role as Krishna in Doosri Maa, shares his enthusiasm for Hindi tongue twisters, saying, "Hindi is my favorite subject in school, and I enjoy reading Hindi poems and stories. My Hindi teacher often gives us tongue twisters to improve our command of the language. Initially, I used to find them somewhat irritating because I often struggled to say them correctly. However, now I find them immensely enjoyable. My favorite tongue twister so far is, 'Pake Ped Par Paka Papita, Paka Ped Ya Paka Papita Pake Ped Ko Pakde Pinku, Pinku Pakde Paka Papita.' I make every effort to pronounce it accurately, but my 'Paka Papita' often ends up sounding like 'papa Pakita.' After my significant struggle, I passed this challenge on to Neha Didi (Yashoda), and I was amazed to see her pronounce it flawlessly in one go. The best part was that after some time, I observed everyone on my set murmuring the same tongue twister. It was a lot of fun watching the team try to articulate it correctly."

Himani Shivpuri, renowned for her role as Katori Amma in Happu Ki Ultan Paltan, shares her love for Ganesh Chaturthi, saying, "This festival spreads love, joy, and is an ode to auspicious new beginnings. We've already started cleaning the house and made a list of decoration items for the altar. The joy, positivity, happiness, and the aura of Ganesh Chaturthi are indescribable. Our home will be adorned with beautiful themes to welcome and please Lord Ganesha, including eco-friendly handmade craft items, flowers, and much more. We plan to hang colorful transparent drapes with lights. I'll make various varieties of modaks to offer to Ganesh Ji and invite kids from the family and neighbors for lunch on the first day. This year, I'm wearing a nauvari saree and arranged for Dhol Tasha to welcome Bappa. My excitement is at its peak - Ganpati Bappa Morya!"

Rohitashv Gour, well-known as Manmohan Tiwari in Bhabiji Ghar Par Hai, shares his family's tradition, saying, "We celebrate this festival every year, and our family has been following the tradition of bringing a Ganesha idol home for the past few years. Our celebrations are warm and affectionate as we spend the day with family and close friends. I make sure to take the day off from work to celebrate this auspicious day with Ganesh Ji. This year's theme is flowers because I believe flowers bring a smile to everyone's face. My two daughters are doing all the creative work to welcome Bappa. My wife has already made a list of Bhog to offer to Ganesh Ji for all five days. I am very excited about the festival and cannot wait to have Ganesh Ji at my home."
