The inimitable Shaan who’s last few singles Kaaba Kashi, Rang Le and Jee Lenge hum became runaway hits, released his lastest independent track ‘Dil Udeyaa’ on 10th June on his YouTube channel. The song, created by Shaan Music Label, is co-sung by popular Maldivian singer Unoosha who also happens to feature in the video alongside Shaan.
‘Dil Udeyaa’ is a feel good dance number that will make the audiences groove to its happy beats. It talks about living in the moment and spreading joy. Interestingly, the track is the first Indo-Maldivian collaboration and the Shaan has gone a notch above and sung the song in hindi, punjabi and dhivehi (a local language of Maldives). The track is composed by Raggae Pop genre and was shot in Maldives.
Commenting on the same, Shaan says "Dil Udeyaa is a track which has a very chilled out and fun vibe to it. We tried to make this song in the Regge Pop Genre and I am glad that people are loving it. It was a great experience working with Unoosha on this one, collaborating with International artists is always fun and it gives me an opportunity to explore new genres of music with them. There is always something new to learn from artists one works with. With Dil Udeyaa, I hope the audiences love it as much as we did creating it."
