Versatile Actress Sonali Kulkarni was awarded critics award for best actress 2021 for her outstanding performance in movie PENSION, produced by Savi Goel under his banner Saveena Creation.
Mr Goel is very passionate about making subjective Marathi movies. In fact, he appeared very upbeat about his two more Marathi movies being released this year, for its rich and sensitive content, melodious songs and best performances. In one movie, GAURICHYA LAGNALA...., the typical problem and hurdles in marriage of a dark-complexioned girl is shown in a very comic and sensible manner. Subject is handled well by director Pundlik Dhumal and lead Actors Smita Tambe and Mangesh Desai.
The second movie FAKE MARRIAGE is written and directed by Swatantra (Savi) Goel himself and deals with a problem of last-minute cancellation of marriage by groom. Bhushan Pradhan, Neha Mahajan and Dipti Dhotre are leading artists in the movie who gave excellent performances in dealing with such an emotional subject. Dialogues and songs of this movie are the highlight.
