*12th May, 2022 in Mumbai*- The graduate students of "Pearl Academy" celebrated the culmination of their journey and announced the beginning of their professional life at a mega event *"Pearl Portfolio'22"*, an annual student event where all the students from Pearl Academy's School of Fashion, School of Design, School of Contemporary Media and the D School of Business in Delhi, Mumbai and Bangalore displayed their final projects on which they were graded.
This year's theme was "Tech and creativity" where the students displayed the future of parallel realities, a sci- fi universe with unimaginable possibilities. Hundreds of graduating students displayed their extraordinary creative maturity and imagination power through their projects; to thousands of industry guests, parents, design intenders and media personnel. The students gave a heavy dose of fashion & glamour exhibiting an assortment of timeless drapes, hues and casual attire with glitterati from the fashion world.
Graduates made a conscious effort to support India’s crafts and craftsmen. They worked with traditional craft clusters from around the country. With fabrics from handloom clusters across the country, their collection is a manifestation of their basic values of sustainability, timelessness, and individualism.
