Homemaker turned entrepreneur Sunita Shah is very excited for the ongoing Juhu Flea Market which she has organised. Sunita says that there are a lot of things for shoppers to buy at the market. In fact, Archana Kocchar, Atul Joshi, Juhi Babbar, Jasleen Matharu, and Meghna Malik have already visited the flee market!
“We have put up 31 stalls which have many beautiful things related to the wedding season and also Christmas decorations by Monika Bindel. There is also men's wear, Rayban goggles, clothing, food by Utsav and artificial jewellery, costume jewellery, artifacts too. We also have dry-packed food. My friend Preeti is doing that with the Karavia brand. She has a very high vision for it. We also have Jaipur quilts. One of our family members, Anuj, has come up with Jadau jewellery as well,” she says.
Talking about the inception, she says, “This idea was of Dibyendu Bindel, Suresh Ganesha and myself. We had been planning to do something like this for years. Dibyendu and I used to do exhibitions at his place. The products are from all kinds of ranges. They start from 500 onwards. The timings are from morning 11 am to 10 pm at night. The flea is for three days and today is the first day. I have 22 years of experience of organising exhibitions. I have been doing exhibitions for Vasansi all over India.” Well Shopping season has begun we must say!
