Isha Malviya made her small-screen debut with Dreamiyata's Udaariyaan.
After the TV show took a leap, she went missing for a month, but now she is back. She earlier played Jasmin and now she will return as Jasmin's daughter: The actress, who is shooting in Chandigarh for the show, is originally from Bhopal.
She recently went home for Diwali after almost three years. She says, "I went home for a few days after almost three years. After I bagged the role in Udaariyaan, I moved to Chandigarh to shoot and have been living there since then. I cherished every moment with my family and they were very happy to have me back home. Isha wishes to shift to Mumbai soon."The industry is in Mumbai and it makes sense for me to shift my base there at some point. I haven't got a chance to connect with anyone because I am away. I'm sure I will get more opportunities and meet more people in Mumbai," says the 19-year-old.

Apr 18, 2026Isha started her career with a negative role. Does that bother her? "Life has changed after I became a part of Udaariyan. There was no one in our family who was into acting and I also didn't have any plans. But Sargun (Mehta) ma'am saw me on Instagram and that's how they reached out to me for this role. I was just planning to try and make my career as an influencer, but life had different plans for me.' She continues, "I never imagined acting in front of a camera for a TV show and that, too, in a negative role. But people have loved me even in a negative character, which makes me happy. I thought people would call me a telly vamp, but nothing like that happened. Also, I like such roles more because it gives you more scope to perform," ends Isha.
