Ganesh Chaturthi is one of the main and most important festivals of Hindus, which is celebrated all over the country with great pomp and show. Ganesh Chaturthi is dedicated to Lord Ganesha, the god of wisdom, wealth and fortune. Each person dreams of bringing in Bappa in to their home and do Seva. Lizaa Malik also dreamt the same thing and on 31st August when she finally brought him home, her joy knew no bounds.
The actress possessive about her Ganesha shared pics of herself with the Murti tagging it as #mine and that was the most adorable of all Ganeshotsav posts. It spoke volumes in just one word and reflected the very feeling that resonates among all Hindus this time of the year.
She says,"I love Ganesh Chaturthi and it is a very emotional festival for me. Awaiting to bring Bappa home , serving and praying to him and lastly taking him back is all a very overwhelming feeling. I'm only grateful for all that the Lord has bestowed on me and hope that his blessings are with me throughout my life."
