More than 1000 participants participated in the event. Yoga was conducted by the yoga institute followed by Heartfulness meditation and relaxation technique by Dr. Nivedita Shreyans and her team from Heartfulness institute conducted the relaxation technique which was very well received by all the participants.
Heartfulness institute is an international NGO and has its presence all over the world. The World renowned meditation is headed by it guide Shri Kamlesh Patel who is also fondly called as Daaji. Heartfulness is an voluntary organisation and provides training in meditation all over the World totally free of cost. The Maharashtra and Mumbai zone by Shri Tushar Pradhan the zonal Coordinator of Heartfulness.
