The Wednesday episode of Nilanjana Purkayasstha and Herumb Khot's "Chikoo - Ye Ishq Nachaye" started with Chikoo and Dhanush coming out of the principal's office. Dhanush pushes Chikoo and warns her that she should forget about competing with him because next time she will fall and he will ensure that her confidence, her intelligence and she herself are left broken. Chikoo then imagines threatening him to keep his weird warnings to himself. She imagines telling him that she is not going to get impressed by his little stunts. She asks him if he wants to cry and should she give him a tissue or will he prefer running to his mother. But of course, once she comes back to reality, Dhanush asks her to stop day-dreaming and instead withdraw her name from the competition because she won't win. Chikoo wishes him all the best and leaves from there.
Meanwhile, at the Joshi's house, Kamini and Nivaan are shocked to see a multi-course meal served. Aarav then comes to Savitri with some peda and tells her that he remembers it's his grandfather's birthday. Savitri then remembers how the family lost everything after Nupur's death as Shashikant too passed away and Milind went to an ashram. She tells the family that she won't have lunch. Kamini then blames Aarav for not telling her anything about Shashikant's birthday. Later, Mini comes there and picks up a peda but Kamini stops her. She tells her that it's just for family. Nivaan then tells Mini to take her lunch to her room because he had enough drama for a day. Mini then taunts him that he can show all the attitude that he wants to but once she gets married to Dhanush even she will show them attitude. Nivaan tells her that Dhanush is not all interested in marriage and his current focus is winning the scholarship.
At the same time, Dhanush's mom is telling him that he will never be able to become like his father and even if he did, he will fall. She tells him that his father was a little older than his age when he won the upcoming businessman of the year. She tells him that his principal had called her and told her about another candidate in competition for the scholarship. She tells him that he needs to win it. Once she leaves, Dhanush's cousin brother Keshav tells him that his mother is worried because she has so much responsibility on her.
Later, Chikoo reaches the Khaitan's and is shocked to see Pushpa, Gajak and Sameer there. Sameer asks her to not do this again, and tells her that they are leaving. He then sees the scholarship form and asks Chikoo about it. She requests him to let her stay and finish her last year in Mumbai. Sameer tells her even they will stay with her and will let her stay only if she wins the scholarship.
The next day, at college, Mini's friends tell her that Chikoo is a strong competitor and she has chances of winning the scholarship. They tell her if Chikoo wins it, Dhanush will become a zero from a hero.
In the upcoming episodes, we will see that Mini tells Dhanush about a plan with which he can win the scholarship. Chikoo then goes to meet someone for a college tour but finds Dhanush there. Dhanush takes her on a tour and tells her that she will get a VIP treatment. To know what happens next, keep watching the show.
