The Wednesday episode of "Aggar Tum Na Hote", which is produced by Jatin Sethi (Naad films), Mahesh Pandey (Mahesh Pandey Productions) and Piyush Gupta (Pixx Entertainment), started with Abhimanyu and Niyati getting to know that their baby's condition is deteriorating. Abhimanyu says that he will go to Mata Rani's temple to pray for her good health and Niyati says she will also go with him.
Abhimanyu and Niyati both leave for the temple, and the doctor on the other hand tries treating their baby. The road to the temple is very difficult, and Abhimanyu advises Niyati to take rest, but she still goes to the temple barefoot. At the hospital, the nurse asks Gajendra to sign a form as the baby is collapsing. The family is left worried.
Just then Angad calls Manorama and asks her to come home. She asks Gajendra if she can leave, he yells at her and asks her to not come back. Once she reaches home, she tells Angad that the baby is not well and that's why she was at the hospital. He blackmails her emotionally and tells her that she is not even worried about him. She asks why he called her to which he said that he just wanted to see her. Manorama gets happy hearing this. Angad then tells her that he has booked a gift for Abhimanyu's daughter and asks her to tell him to pick it up.
Meanwhile, Abhimanyu and Niyati pray for their daughter's health. Gajendra then informs them that the baby is fine and they can take her home. He informs Abhimanyu about it and asks them to come back. Abhimanyu then gets a call from Manorama asking him to pick something from the way. He tells her that it's on his way and he will get it. Angad then asks Manorama to make something for him. When she leaves, Angad says that Abhimanyu and Niyati's daughter won't come home. He calls up a ward boy who tells him that he will get the job done.
