The Wednesday episode of "Aggar Tum Na Hote", which is produced by Jatin Sethi (Naad films), Mahesh Pandey (Mahesh Pandey Productions) and Piyush Gupta (Pixx Entertainment), saw Niyati coming back from the hospital and asking Abhimanyu if she can come in the room. Abhimanyu tells her that she is his wife and she doesn't need to take permission from him. Niyati then sees Manorama coming towards their room and she locks it from inside so that she can't enter.
Niyati then tells Abhimanyu that she met Aanand at the hospital and also that he has apologised for his behaviour. Niyati tells him he said that he never switched Abhimanyu's medicines and asked for their forgiveness. Abhimanyu asks her where he is to which she tells him that he is waiting outside. Niyati then asks Abhimanyu why he didn't stop to meet them when he saw them at the hospital. She tells him that she loves him dearly and he should never doubt her.
The Pandeys then see Aanand at their door and ask him what he is doing there. Abhimanyu stops them and goes to Aanand. He tells him that he has forgiven him and tells him that he can go to Mumbai. But Aanand stops him and tells him that he needs to talk about his treatment, but the family refuses to talk to him. Niyati somehow manages to convince them and tells them that the chemist actually gave the wrong medicine. Niyati then tells Abhimanyu that he had two attacks in the past two days. She makes Manorama tell him the truth. Abhimanyu is shocked to know that he attacked his father. Aanand then tells them that Abhimanyu is suffering from split personality disorder and he should go away from his family for some days for his treatment. The family is shocked to hear this but agrees to let them stay at the farmhouse.
Later, Abhimanyu and Niyati leave and Manorama says that she has Abhimanyu's remote control and calls his phone. She then learns that Niyati has left both their phones at home. She asks a guy to check if they have reached the farmhouse. Abhimanyu realises that he has left his phone and wants to go back but Niyati stops him and tells him that they can buy a new phone and call the family whenever they want.
