We often focus on physical fitness but ignore mental health, so this year I want to change that by starting new habits like early-morning yoga, breathing exercises, and meditation. As an actor, mental balance is just as important to me as physical fitness because a calm mind helps me stay focused and energetic at work. One bad habit I want to leave behind is eating junk food between shoots. On the sets of my Sun Neo show Divya Prem: Pyaar Aur Rahasya Ki Kahani, we often order outside food during tea or lunch breaks, but now I’ve decided to stick to healthy, home-cooked meals.”
