Prime Video, the beloved entertainment hub of India, has revealed the heart-touching music video “Qatra Qatra” from its much-anticipated Amazon Original film “Ae Watan Mere Watan.” Sung by the legendary Sukhwinder Singh and penned and composed by Raghav Sharma, “Qatra Qatra” promises to be a soul-stirring anthem of patriotism.
The song “Qatra Qatra” made its debut at the prestigious 54th International Film Festival of India (IFFI) in Goa, where Sukhwinder Singh delivered an electrifying live performance. Director Kannan Iyer, lead actor Sara Ali Khan, and producers Karan Johar and Apoorva Mehta were among the attendees who witnessed the powerful rendition. The song, deeply rooted in the essence of patriotism, beautifully captures the devotion, loyalty, and respect of the unsung heroes of the Quit India movement.
Expressing his sentiments about the song, Sukhwinder Singh shared, “Qatra Qatra holds a special place in my heart. “Ae Watan Mere Watan” is a gripping patriotic thriller-drama starring Sara Ali Khan in the lead role. Produced by Karan Johar, Apoorva Mehta, and Somen Mishra under the banner of Dharmatic Entertainment, the film is directed by Kannan Iyer, with a compelling storyline crafted by Iyer and Darab Farooqui.
