Singer Megha Kishore has been around for quite sometime now. She’s well known for her songs like Raula Pai Gaya, Birthday, Taare Tuttange, Yaad Nahi Karde and has a strong bond with Mika Singh. When asked about this, Megha says,”In 2017 in a corporate event in Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in New Delhi I inaugurated the event. After me it was Mika Ji’s turn to perform. To my utter surprise Mikaji offered to sing with him in his band. He heard me and gave me the opportunity. In 2019, I joined his band and since then I have been performing as a co-singer in the band. The best part of being with him is Mika Singh himself. His songs have that midas touch. Today no party is complete without his songs. Being with him I have performed across states in India and abroad as well. His energy and vibes are just magical and infectious. It’s amazing how he always supports newcomers. And that’s the sign of a true artist. People close to him know that he is very down to earth and helps everyone.”

He’s a very fun loving person and at the same time when it comes to work he is very professional with all his co-artists. One interesting aspect I want to share – after a show Mika ji prefers to play Ludo with all of us. It’s a kind of ritual, we all enjoy the game post our concert.” Megha is looking forward to her first song with Mika Singh which will be released soon through Music & Sound (Mika Singh’s Music Label).
