Telangana, 15th April, 2024: The Telangana State Parliamentary Board of the Indian Union Muslim League (IUML) has announced its decision to support the I.N.D.I.A. alliance in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections of 2024, reaffirming its commitment to upholding the secular values and fabric of our nation.

The decision to support the I.N.D.I.A. alliance underscores IUML’s dedication to preserving the inclusive and diverse ethos of India.
In a statement, President Mohammed Shakeel Advocate stated, “The Indian Union Muslim League has always been at the forefront of advocating for minority rights. By aligning with the I.N.D.I.A. alliance, we aim to safeguard the secular ideas and ensure representation for all communities in our democratic process.”
Additionally, Mir Hamid Ali Engineer, President of the Muslim Youth League TG (MYL), urged all first-time voters and especially women to rally behind the I.N.D.I.A. alliance in Telangana. Hamid emphasized the importance of strengthening the alliance to promote unity and inclusivity in the state.

“The I.N.D.I.A. alliance represents a progressive vision for our state and country. I encourage all young voters, particularly women, to support this alliance for a brighter and more equitable future,” stated Mir Hamid Ali Engineer.
