Model actress Ayesha Khan, who became famous through TV reality shows, is going to be in trouble. Film producer director Israr Ahmed is going to file a case of fraud (breach of trust) against him in the court. While holding a press conference in Mumbai last evening, director Israr Ahmed said that recently we had shot a video song ‘Woh Tha Mere Shehar Mein’ whose video was filmed on Ayesha Khan and Sameer Mark. That video song was released today but the lead actress of that video album, Ayesha Khan, could not attend any of its promotional events despite informing her, even though she was informed about it in the chat and she had all the information about the events. The information was already there, and we were in constant touch, Israr Ahmed told that the entire payment to Ayesha Khan has been cleared by the producer as per the terms of the agreement related to this song, but Ayesha Khan is not keeping her promise. According to the agreement, she is not taking part in the promotion of the song nor is she sharing the song through any of her social media platforms as mentioned in that agreement. It is clearly written in the agreement that she will promote the song by making reels/videos related to it through all the social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, but despite the release of the song, she did not participate in even a single promotional event. He has also shared anything related to our song on any social media platform. This is against the rules of Ayesha’s agreement with us and according to the same terms, we are now preparing to take her to court. We don’t have any personal fight but I don’t know if some agency is talking on their behalf and we are being asked for the agreement papers whereas we had already provided a copy to Ayesha. We are also going to file an application in the court to compensate for the loss caused due to his unprofessional attitude and breaking of trust and reneging on his promise. The writer of this video album, Amina Israr and actor Sameer Mark were also present in the press conference along with director Israr Ahmed.
