It’s pure, it’s clean, and the scenic beauty of the Dima Hasao hills is breathtaking. Singing here was absolutely sublime — a mix of locals and people travelling from outside, some camping, all singing together. When they sang Barbaad, Besharam Rang and Bulleya with me, it felt like the entire hills were reverberating with my songs. I’m leaving a part of my heart here, and I truly hope we come back again.”
Shilpa Rao’s landmark appearance further elevated Falcon Festival’s position as one of India’s most distinctive cultural gatherings, blending indigenous identity, environmental consciousness, and contemporary music.
