"World Laughter Day: Laughter is a universal language that connects people across borders and cultures. When Actors Couldn't Hold Back the Laughter in Serious Situations"

Laughter is a universal language that connects people across borders and cultures. It is a natural stress-buster, mood-lifter, and a great way to bond with others. On World Laughter Day, we celebrate the power of laughter and the joy it brings to our lives. And what better way to celebrate this day than with some hilarious stories shared by our favorite TV actors who couldn't hold back the laughter in serious situations!

RJ Mohit, aka Manoj from Doosri Maa, is a master of comic timing. He loves making people laugh and spreading joy wherever he goes. On the set of Doosri Maa, he is known for his funny voice-overs and mimicry skills. But one incident left everyone in splits, even during a serious scene. When the police informed them about Ashok's death, RJ Mohit had to cry on screen. However, when he saw Ashok walking behind the camera, he couldn't hold back his laughter and yelled, "Vo kyapeeche ghum raha hai!" The whole crew and cast burst out laughing, and the director had to intervene to get them back on track. RJ Mohit's infectious laughter reminds us that life is too short to be serious all the time.

Yogesh Tripathi, aka Daroga Happu Singh from Happu Ki Ultan Paltan, believes in laughing at everyday problems. He recalls a hilarious moment when he wore a lungi for the first time on the set of the show. While doing a scene where Happu scolds his kids, Yogesh's lungi decided to take a hike, and the mic attached to it fell to the ground. To avoid embarrassment, he quickly wrapped himself in a nearby blanket. But instead of feeling ashamed, Yogesh decided to join in the fun and laughed along with the cast and crew. He believes that laughter is contagious and can make even the most embarrassing moments fun.

Shubhangi Atre, aka Angoori Bhabi from Bhabiji Ghar Par Hai, has a giggling problem that she shares with her daughter. But it has only brought them closer. Shubhangi believes that humour can diffuse tense situations and bring a smile to even the grumpiest person's face. She shares an incident where her daughter Ashi pulled a prank on her by pretending to have a school assignment due the next day. Shubhangi was initially upset but then realised that Ashi was trying to make her laugh. She believes that laughter is the best medicine and a great way to bond with loved ones.

These actors remind us that laughter is a powerful tool that can break down barriers, create lasting memories, and bring people closer. It is not just a stress-buster but a way of life. In the midst of the pandemic, when our lives have become increasingly stressful, we need laughter more than ever. It is the best way to stay positive, connect with others, and stay motivated.

According to scientific studies, laughter has many health benefits. It lowers blood pressure, reduces stress hormones, improves immune function, and releases endorphins, the body's natural painkillers. It also improves our mental well-being by reducing anxiety and depression, promoting relaxation and sleep, and improving our overall mood.

On this World Laughter Day, let's embrace the power of laughter and make it a part of our daily routine. We can watch a comedy show, share a funny meme, or simply call a friend and share a joke. Let's spread joy and positivity wherever we go. As the saying goes, "laughter is the best medicine," and we could all use a dose of it in our lives.
