January 26 is a special time for India as the citizens unite to celebrate the Republic Day. " Im sure Republic Day holds a special place in not only my heart but in the heart of every Indian. This is the historic day when our Indian constitution was brought into effect.
It was a great feeljng participating in the flag hoisting this year following which I visited the underprivileged children and distributed food packets . As a kid I used to get excited about the activities and dressing up but as an adult is when I realised the true importance of this special day." She says
Payal Ghosh says that she felt their gratitude and it made these kids day and brought a smile on the faces. Republic Day after all is a day to cherish the citizens of India and spread happiness amongst all.
