I prefer using products that are easily available at home, like honey, aloe vera, and coconut oil. I apply honey on my face early in the morning for 10 minutes and aloe vera gel at night, leaving it on overnight. These ingredients are gentle, chemical-free, and work wonders to keep my skin hydrated during the cold season. I believe nature has all the solutions we need for healthy skin, so I stick to what feels pure and nourishing."
Siddhi further emphasizes the importance of inner wellness for glowing skin, saying, "Along with natural remedies, I make sure to do 10-15 minutes of yoga every day. Yoga helps improve blood circulation, reduces stress, and gives my skin a natural glow from within. I’ve noticed that regular yoga not only makes me feel good but also keeps my skin refreshed and lively during winter. Simple routines go a long way when done consistently."
