I’ve been following Gurudev Sri Ravi Shankar ji for 17 incredible years his wisdom has been my guiding light. When this project came , I knew it was special. After hearing the story I was overwhelmed. I must mention here the script is fresh, and touches the soul in ways which few films do. My role is a tailor-made, giving me a chance to explore something meaningful and transformative. I’m the only person in the whole film bringing laughs to the audience—pure joy amid the intensity! Throwing more light on his character in White he says,”It’s a comic character who always shows up to make people laugh a very funny guy who takes care of Gurudev. It’s so similar to my life, I didn’t have to put in much effort! My role is a bundle of joy who lightens every intense moment with perfect timing, witty one-liners, and that infectious laughter everyone needs. This role felt like slipping into my own skin! In real life, I’m always the one cracking jokes, lifting spirits, and making people around me laugh whether on set or off. For this role not such preparation needed; it flowed naturally because it’s who I am a natural entertainer who spreads happiness effortlessly.”

Heital also shares what White has taught him in real life. ”Every film teaches an actor something new, but White Film felt less like a project and more like a spiritual journey for me. Personally, this film taught me to surrender. It reminded me that as actors, we are not just performing characters we are vessels through which emotions flow. During this journey, I learned to quiet my mind, listen to my inner voice, and trust the process completely. There were moments when I realized that acting is not about doing more, but about being truthful, being present, being pure in intention. This film also made me reflect on life itself. The color White symbolizes peace, clarity, and new beginnings. In many ways, this project cleansed my fears and doubts. Professionally, it taught me discipline with devotion. Preparation became like meditation. Rehearsals felt like prayer. I understood that when you approach your work with gratitude and honesty, the performance automatically becomes powerful. I discovered new emotional layers within myself and felt more connected to my purpose as an artist.”

There is a scene in the film in which Heital had to go out of his comfort zone. ”This scene that demanded extreme emotional vulnerability. It required me to drop all filters just pure, raw truth.

Preparing for that particular scene was not just technical, it was deeply internal. I spent time in silence before the shoot. I avoided distractions, reflected on personal experiences, and connected with the emotional core of the character. I focused on breathing, grounding myself, and trusting that whatever emotion arises in the moment is enough. I also reminded myself that growth only happens outside comfort zones. It made me more fearless as an artist. It showed me that when you let go of fear and trust the process, magic happens.”

At the end Heital adds,”I believe White will reveal a new side of Heital Puniwala to the audience. Until now, people may have seen me in different shades and characters, but this film allowed me to explore a much deeper emotional and spiritual space. This is not a loud performance — it is a very internal one. I think audiences will see a calmer, more evolved, and more grounded version of me as an actor.
