Nivedita Shreyans quotes”So happy to be on the organising team of the International Women’s Day celebration at the Fit India – Strong Women, Strong Nation initiative at the Sports Authority of India Regional Centre, Mumbai, under the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, alongside inspiring partners like Khelo India, MyGov India, and Heartfulness.

Today reminded us that true fitness is not only about physical strength but also about emotional resilience and mental balance. When a woman learns to care for her mind, nurture her emotions, and believe in her inner strength, she becomes unstoppable. A strong woman carries not just courage in her body but clarity in her mind and compassion in her heart.

Initiatives like Fit India – Strong Women, Strong Nation are powerful because they inspire young girls and women to understand that well-being is holistic, a balance of body, mind, and spirit. When women become emotionally and mentally strong, they don’t just transform their own lives, they uplift families, communities, and ultimately the nation
