Nani vs Raghav Juyal: A Dangerous Game of Action in ‘The Paradise’ Teaser!
Aug 7, 2026*Q: How did the idea for Baby Doll Ka Sugar Daddy come about?*
Amit Khan: Over the past few years, "sugar daddy" relationships have become an open topic of discussion on social media and in the entertainment industry. I felt that beyond the glamour, these relationships involve issues such as ambition, loneliness, financial power, and emotional exploitation. That realization inspired this story.
*Q: Is the series based on a true story?*
Amit Khan: It is not based on any one individual's life. It is a fictional story inspired by several real-life incidents, widely discussed cases, and situations often heard about in the industry. Today, the number of girls in Bollywood who choose shortcuts to achieve success has increased significantly. Many of them place more faith in such shortcuts than in their own talent. By entering into "sugar daddy" relationships, they hope to climb the ladder of success quickly while also securing financial stability. Personally, however, I believe this is the wrong path.
*Q: Does the show question Bollywood?*
Amit Khan: No, absolutely not. It is not a commentary on the entire film industry or any particular group. However, it does portray how, in the entertainment world and other sectors, some women may try to use relationships for rapid success, while some influential individuals misuse their wealth and power. Such relationships can involve different motives and risks for both parties. Our show explores this moral grey area.
*Q: What can audiences expect from the show?*
Amit Khan: At first, viewers may think it is a glamorous love story, but gradually it transforms into a suspenseful psychological drama. Every episode brings new twists, and the story keeps audiences engaged until the very end.
*Q: What are your future plans?*
Amit Khan: We are preparing to shoot several more micro-drama series. We are also working on a number of web series and film projects. In addition, our production house is developing some AI-based projects, which we believe represent the future of entertainment.
*"Sugar Daddy" Culture Becoming a Topic of Discussion*
In the age of social media, the term "sugar daddy" has evolved beyond internet slang and has become part of films, web series, and public discourse. Some view such relationships as consensual arrangements based on financial support and mutual agreement, while critics argue they often involve economic inequality, emotional manipulation, and the potential for exploitation.
Baby Doll Ka Sugar Daddy claims to present this debate in an entertaining yet thought-provoking manner. The series has now been released on Zee Bullet.
