Choosing to prioritize family, he returned home and spent about seven months there. Interestingly, after soaking in that family time, he found himself missing work and decided it was time to jump back in.
Vikrant had announced his break in December 2024, expressing a desire to be more present with his family. Yet, since then, his career hasn’t slowed down at all. He’s been involved in projects like Aankhon Ki Gustaakhiyan, O Romeo, Pritam and Pedro, and now Musafir Cafe.
What’s compelling about his story is that it doesn’t come off as a rejection of acting. Instead, Vikrant simply wanted to step back long enough to reconnect with what truly mattered to him beyond his career. After years of relentless work, he made the choice to be there for his family and returned to acting when he felt ready.
