Spending his lifetime capital, he purchased an office gala in an organization named "Sandhya Horizon", the redevelopment project of the said organization was completed by the company "Sandhya Kshitij Construction" of corporator Ms. Sandhya Doshi, her husband Mr. Vipul Doshi and Mr. Gawkar.
After completion of all legal proceedings, the said project was approved by Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation and MHADA O.C. (Occupation Certificate) has been received, the entire amount has been handed over to the development as per the sale agreement signed by the Ghadge family, while the allotment letter (allotment letter) of the said office has also been handed over to the Ghadge family, they have been paying the loan installments of Bank of Baroda for the last one and a half years. In the said society, all the residents and commercial holders have been given possession and efforts have been made to take possession again from Mr. Ghadge and the council of the society has not yet been given.
