The excitement around Kalki 2898 AD hit a heartwarming crescendo at its special premiere in Japan on 19th December. The event, held at the renowned Shinjuku Piccadilly in Tokyo, took an unexpectedly delightful turn when Japanese fans orchestrated a surprise birthday celebration for the film’s producer, Priyanka Dutt who was present in the audience along with director Nag Ashwin.
As the screening came to an end, the entire theater burst into a lively rendition of Happy Birthday. The fans, clearly brimming with enthusiasm, sang in unison, and director Nag Ashwin joined in with the crowd, adding to the warm atmosphere.
