Air India, from January 1 onwards, has introduced in-flight Wi-Fi services for passengers traveling on Airbus A350, Boeing 787-9, and select A321 neo aircraft. While a few celebrities have appreciated this move and shared that it will enhance the overall travel experience, some shared that a little bit of disconnection from the world during travel won’t harm anyone.

I believe everyone has their own perspective. Air India’s new Wi-Fi service on flights is a great improvement. It can be really useful in emergencies, allowing passengers to send important messages and stay informed. While people often use flights to relax or watch movies, I think adding Wi-Fi is a positive step forward, even if it’s not always perfect. I believe all airlines will offer this in the future, but if Wi-Fi leads to higher fares, the price should reflect the added convenience. Overall, progress should be embraced. Passengers who need to use the internet can, and those who want to rest can relax. If it’s a step forward, it shouldn’t be stopped. That’s my viewpoint.

Connectivity everywhere is brilliant with desecration. It’s time for humans to be more evolved. That’s my take. Honestly, for me, those two hours of my time among the clouds are the best. So like I said, it’s to each his own, but I would like to disconnect while in the sky.

It's a welcome move if Wi-Fi is available in the air. I understand that people think about some of the time in the air to themselves, but I feel it's a cool thing as we are connected to loved ones always. I don't think there is anything to hide from family, as they are your roots. And if one wants to disconnect, then simply switch it off. It shouldn't be an excuse; it should be willfully done. I welcome this upgrade.
