Nupur of Nilanjana Purkayasstha and Herumb Khot's "Chikoo Ki Mummy Durr Kei" is trying to make the family realise that Mini is not her daughter. She tries to make Mini admit the truth but in vain.
Meanwhile, Mini is happy that everyone in the family is supporting her and not Nupur. But Kamini tells her that the truth will be out soon as Nupur won't give up until she uncovers the truth. Mini tells her that if the truth about her comes out, she will expose her too. Kamini asks her to talk to Nupur and try to convince her that she is her daughter Payal. Nupur, however, refuses to believe her. Mini then goes to talk to Chikoo and tells her that this is all her doing and that she wants to throw her out of the house. Chikoo tells her that all she ever wanted was the love of her parents but she never wanted the truth about her to come out.
Later, Nupur goes to the hospital to get the original DNA reports. She met the lab assistant who refused to help her. Nupur realises he is telling a lie and sneaks into the reports room. She finds Milind and Mini's DNA report which shows they are not a match.
In the upcoming episodes, we will see that Nupur asks Mini if she is really her daughter. Mini tells her no and the family hears it. Aai asks Mini why did she lie about it, to which she tells them that it was Chikoo who asked her to take Payal's place. To know what happens next, keep watching the show.
