Sherlyn Chopra who has been fighting against sexual exploitation believes implicitly in the judiciary of the nation.
And so her legal team, Falcon Legal is all set to approach the court of law to file IPC 156(3) against Raj Kundra against whom Sherlyn Chopra had filed a sexual molestation case last year.
As per IPC 156(3), the court has the unequivocal authority to direct the police to register an FIR pertaining to the sexual exploitation case at hand.
Sherlyn Chopra had given her statement to Maharashtra Cyber Cell & Mumbai Crime Branch last year regarding her association with Raj Kundra and Shilpa Shetty.
Without mincing her words, Sherlyn Chopra said that she had done some explicit videos & photos for Raj Kundra and Shilpa Shetty for which a sum of Rupees Forty Eight Lakhs is yet to be paid to her by Raj Kundra & Shilpa Shetty. A cheating case was filed regarding non-payment of dues last year by Sherlyn Chopra against Raj Kundra & Shilpa Shetty at Juhu Police Station.
