Chupp was actress Somy Ali’s last film in Hindi film industry which also stars Om Puri and Jeetendra. Just a few weeks back R Balki’s Chup was released starring Dulequer Salman., Pooja Bhatt, Sunny Deol, Shreya Dhanwanthary. Speaking about her last venture in the industry Somy says,”Chupp was a remake of a 1967 film with Rajesh Khanna as the lead called Raaz. I didn’t know what I was getting into except that I was going to get a chance to work with actors like Jeetujji and Om ji. I was happy to have this as my farewell project given I was a huge fan of both those actors growing up. The whole experience was nice and I still cherish the experience working in the film. ”Have you heard of R Balki’s Chup which was recently released? “ I have just seen the trailer of Chup as I am in Los Angeles. I will have to wait till the film comes on OTT. I am a huge Guru Dutt fan and I saw his song in the trailer and the reference too, I am curious to see the film now.” The actor turned humanitarian, who now runs her NGO No More Tears is doing some phenomenal jobs in the US.
