Musical Muhurat of Hindi film Pahli Nazar Ko Salaam 2 held on Mahashivratri

Join Telegram ChannelOn the auspicious occasion of Mahashivratri, the musical muhurat of the upcoming Hindi film Pahli Nazar Ko Salaam 2 was marked with the recording of its first song. The film stars Madirakshi Mundle, widely recognized for her portrayal of Sita in the popular television series Siya Ke Ram, alongside the talented actor Raj Ranjit. Produced, written, and directed by Santosh Mishra under the banner of Harsh Entertainment, the film features music composed by Kunal Mishra. Santosh Mishra, who earlier directed Priyanka Chopra’s Bhojpuri films Bam Bam Bol Raha Hai Kashi and Kashi Amarnath, once again brings his creative vision to this project.
Madirakshi Mundle is a popular actress in the television and film industry, best known for her portrayals in mythological and historical roles. Apart from her widely recognized work in the show Siya Ke Ram, she also played an important role in the fantasy drama Vish Ya Amrit: Sitara. Madirakshi appeared in the historical series Dastaan-E-Mohabbat: Salim Anarkali as well. She made her debut in the South Indian film industry with the Telugu movie Ori Devudoy, showcasing her versatility as an actress.
Raj Ranjit gained polularity with his regional film “Pahli Nazar Ko Salaam” (2017) which was a love story set in a political backdrop that was well-received by audiences. The film was written and directed by Santosh Mishra who is also working on it’s second part “Pahli Nazar Ko Salaam 2,” which is being made in Hindi, readied for pan-India release in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Bengali and Nepali.
Writer-director Santosh Mishra said, “I love experimenting with content and incidentally, it always works. Hence, this time I am coming up with a sequel to a Bhojpuri film that will be in Hindi. With the tremendous success of Part 1 it has also gained substantial traction on YouTube, that has its own audience,” further adding that the shooting for Pahli Nazar Ko Salaam 2 is scheduled to commence on March 7th in Bihar. This film mounted on a grand scale will showcase thrilling stunts choreographed by a renowned South Indian action director.
An enthusiastic Madirakshi Mundle says, “I am quite excited about the film as I play a completely different character to those I play on Television. I choose very selective projects and my character is that of a fearless girl who reacts impulsively. It is how the girl who had suppressed her emotions, that are unlocked by the boy who awakens the spirit in her. The film also conveys the message of women’s empowerment, highlighting the heights girls have reached today. The film’s songs are vibrant and catchy.” Without revealing further about the sequel to the first part that has been very popular on social media, she shifts the focus towards the writer-director to reveal what happens next in the second part.
While in his teens, Raj Ranjit began acting on stage since he was 14 initially playing female characters in several plays and subsequently he played male leads. He has played a variety of roles, from negative roles to character artistes. Raj Ranjit is not only a wonderful actor but also a talented and popular singer. He has lent his voice to over 150 albums for various music companies, including T-Series, Worldwide Records, and Waves.
Apart from playing the lead role in “Pahli Nazar Ko Salaam 2,” Raj Ranjit is set to begin shooting for another Hindi film, Aakrosh, that is based on gang warfare, where he plays the role of an STF officer. He is also playing a negative role in another upcoming Hindi film Kalicharan. There is also another South Indian film in his kitty where he will play a young man who hates his parents. This film depicts the rebelous thought process of youth in the society where elders in the family do not give enough time towards their children.
