As reported by NDTV, legal proceedings are being initiated against him, and the officials responsible for verifying the beneficiaries are also being investigated.The alarming discovery of fraudulent activities has emerged from Talur village, a small locality within the Bastar region of Chhattisgarh. This revelation has raised serious concerns among local officials and residents alike.
Reports indicate that District Collector Haris S has taken a proactive stance in addressing this issue. He has formally instructed the Women and Child Development Department to embark on a detailed investigation aimed at uncovering the full scope of the fraud.

Additionally, to facilitate the recovery of the misappropriated funds, the District Collector has ordered the freezing of the bank account associated with the fraudulent activities.
