Sanjay Kapoor and Maheep Kapoor approached Pardeshi to design their property. Sanjay Kapoor had a vision of a grand yet extravagant space with a touch of simplicity. The living room alone spans an impressive 2500 square feet.

Sohail Khan, on the other hand, sought a serene sanctuary—a peaceful haven to escape to after a demanding day. He desired a den filled with natural elements, abundant light, and vibrant colors, creating a magical atmosphere.

Recently, Saif Ali Khan, affectionately known as Chote Nawab, enlisted Ninad Pardeshi to design his workplace. Designing the Maddock Films office proved to be a challenging task due to the tight timeline. The project involved creating an office space across eight floors, with up to 600 people working on-site simultaneously.

Ninad Pardeshi’s approach to design, inspired by nature and infused with creativity, has made him a sought-after interior designer in the industry.
